You have two options of payment.

1. You can send your payment to J. Haskell Hats.
   Please make sure you include your name, address, phone number, email address and a note indicating that the payment is for hat# (name and/or stock #). Please indicate method of shipment preferred (USPS, UPS, FEDEX). Your new hat will be sent immediately upon receipt of payment.

2. You can print out and use our handy order form and include your payment when you mail it to:

   Payments must be issued in US dollars. Please make all checks and money orders payable to: J. Haskell Hats.
